Is it possible to connect a pc with a mac, so that I´ll be able to transfer data from mac to pc?

Yes, if both computers have file sharing programs,and the mac has a program to 'read' windows format, you can transfer data from PC to mac. I'm not too shure that data can then be transfered tp the PC from the mac.
