Well go for the details! if you add 2 identical signals, one inverted, you end up with silence. Practically if you do the same on your files you end up with a mono file without the voice if it is exact center and mono (the voice), now… There are plug ins that do these things but right now here… (and on a PC  But a little search on google (voice cancellation) gave me THIS, it should do your job with a complete walkthrough by hand in an editor. Isn't life wonderfull?
