I am running an Audio Media III card by digidesign off my G4. I laoded Protools LE 5.0.1 and am having a problem launching it. I get this error reading: 'Protools hardware is not loaded, or it is being used by another application.' It does this while it is loading DAE. Does anybody know what programs cause conflicts with protools, what could be causing interference with it?
Any ideas at all, would be greatly appreciated. |

I had the same problem with the Digi001.
Make sure that no other open programs are using the card, and that the card is NOT selected in the sound control panel. |
