I have downloaded 4Dragan DrVerb1.sit but I dont know what to do with it

I guess you could start by opening it with Stuff-it expander. I'm not familiar with that plug-in. If its a VST effect, put it in the VST plug-in folder in your music application. The read me files in the folder that the DrVerb opens in should tell you how to use it.
