Hi, I have got an ibook g4 with os x 10.3.9. I am looking to buy logic pro 7.2 but I don't think it will run on 10.3.9 is this true? If it is, how do I upgrade to 10.4.3, I looked on apple site and tried to upgrade to 10.4.3 but when I downloaded it it said I couldn't run it. Do I have to upgrade step by step i.e. 10.3.9 - 10.4 - 10.4.1 and so on. If I do manage to get 10.4.3 will my little lap top run pro 7 well enough. I've got 768 mb and 1.2 GHz thingy and a 160 gb external hard drive. As you may have guessed I am a computer idiot and do not understand anything beyond music software. Basically I need an idiots guide to getting my ibook as it is, to a state where I can run pro 7 without spending any or much money. Please help if I havn't confused you

Also invest in more RAM.
Yes, new OS to take advantage of new OS features. Apple has been delivering major OS updates about every year. OS10.4 is really more like OS14. ![]() -------------------- G-Dub
