You will probably get a better response if: you use a smaller font, and not use red. It's perceived as being rude.
Also need more info, what computer do you have, what os version, how much RAM installed, free hard drive space, type of audio interface. If you have a newer Mac Garage Band will be installed on the hard drive, it may be all you need.
