hi everybody. my motu 828 mk2 is not working. it freezes right after i turn it on. i've tried in every possible way ... but no use. can anyone help me out ? thanks.

I'd definitely recommend getting in touch with MOTU about it; if the hardware is freezing when being turned on (even if it's not connected to your computer) then there's something wrong with the hardware, and there really isn't anything you can do to fix it. If it turns on normally when it's not connected to your computer, and freezes when it's plugged in, then perhaps it's your computer or your firewire cable. Otherwise, call up MOTU and see what they have to say.
