The contest - http://www.winxponmac.com/ - to boot Windows XP on the Mac Intel has been won. The winners will receive $13,854.
The instructions to the contest stipulated the following conditions: - Boot Windows XP on the Intel Mac - Windows must coexist with Mac OS X and may not interfere with the operation of the other - Upon starting the computer, the user must be offered a choice of which OS to boot Here's the evidence: http://stadium.weblogsinc.com/engadget/vid...2006_xp_mac.mov Added value for the new Intel Macs ![]() -------------------- |

That is quite interesting...But...I see the video, but I'm really wondering how feasible that is...I didn't see the person boot into OS X, restart and then boot into XP (or vice versa)...
If this is really feasible, I'd love to know what special steps need to be made to make it happen. What can I say; it's the geek in me ![]() -------------------- |
