I recently got a used iMac G5 1.8 gHz desktop (80G internal hard drive and external partitioned 160G hard drive). It came loaded with a bunch of software including Logic Express 7. I have purchased an Mbox 2 with bundled Pro Tools LE 7 software but I was wondering if I can also use the Mbox 2 as my audio interface for recording to Logic Express.

I don't really do MIDI yet so I would mostly be recording vocals, guitars, drums, keyboards, etc.

Thanks for any responses.

Yes, you can use mbox as an interface for logic.

No, you can't use logic in pro tools. Logic pro can act as a frontend for digidesign's TDM hardware.
