I am working on a concept band. This band will utilize multiple midi controllers in a live performance situation. I have a Mac running OSX and two edirol um-880s (8 in 8 out midi interface) Unfortuneately, it seems as though most software only allows you to actually play one midi controller at a time. Is anyone aware of a software (or hardware) that would allow multiple midi controllers to be played simultaneously?(Differebt sounds).
Please help. |

Any decent sequencer will do
DP is Digital Performer from MOTU The real limit is how much the MIDI chain can handle of MIDI data simultaneously (here interface+computer). As long as you have enough channels when appropriate, it should be possible without much pain. ![]() -------------------- Our Classifeds • Nos petites annonces • Terms Of Service / Conditions d'Utilisation • Forum Rules / Règles des Forums • MacMusic.Org & SETI@Home
