Hi Guys,
Somehow I can't upgrade to 10.3.9. Anytime I try to open the installer on the install CD, OS X restarts with OS 9, and it says the CD is not a startup disc!!! I also tried to install it from the CD without rebooting, but OS X won't let me, giving me the only option to restart, and then I can't do anything from OS 9! S.O.S.!!! ![]() thanx, ciao, Iro. |

If you can, try the CD on another mac to see if it works.
Does another install CD works ? (like the OS 9 one) Does your mac need a firmware update? Have you third party stuff in the mac or around? - RAM - CD/DVD player/recorder - video card - mouse - keyboard -… Check if internal connections are ok. RAM in place… (if you can/know what you are doing, unplug and re-plug without breaking something) If I think 5 minutes more, I may find other means… ![]() (now sleeeeeeeeeeeeeep) -------------------- Our Classifeds • Nos petites annonces • Terms Of Service / Conditions d'Utilisation • Forum Rules / Règles des Forums • MacMusic.Org & SETI@Home
