Hello all,
The new Motu Traveler is out for a couple months now... So, now may people have bought/used both interface : the Traveler and the Fireface. It could be interesting to get information or experience (good or bad) that you had with those interfaces. Which one is the best for you and why ? Let us know. Thanks. ![]() |

I have Motu and RME. I have compared them with the same sound and such monitors, Dynaudio and Genelec. With pre I did the same. The difference in quality of pre is great in favor of RME. In general the sound in RME is deep and rich. It does not tire. Motu with which I have worked several years, it reproduces plus middle, causing a more dry and metallic sound. MOTU is good but is in an step before to RME.
I would say that MOTU is in the highest as far as sound semi-professional. RME is in a totally professional field, and placed very well. The relation quality price of RME does still better. This post has been edited by Jsegura: Sat 23 Jul 2005, 17:03 |
