Got a similar issue where in any situation (not just offline bounce or freeze) during project
when processor loads increase one processor get the full load whereas the other one
takes a nap...Very frustrating since when one processor starts maxing out the system
cracks up.... blink.gif

So I'm also trying to figure out the reason for this 'malfunction'

One thing that comes to mind is that individual tracks can't share plugins with the other processor
so the signal path has to remain on one processor (which makes sence but not sure if this is the
case though, I'm not a developer smile.gif
