I just ordered a mac mini and I am hoping that it will run Protools LE.. Does anyone have any opinions on this?

You'll need one of the following interfaces I believe:
Digi 002, Digi 002 Rack, Mbox. Check out: http://www.digidesign.com/ Presumably any external firewire audio interface should do. Motu 828 as an example. http://www.motu.com/ As long as you have the proper latest drivers for the fw-interface. You cannot mount any extra PCI-card inside the Mac Mini.
