haj everyone!
i have G4 (1.42 dual) and i am doing most of my work for TV(documentaries, news). i am using Final cut pro and now i am looking for audio solution.
i was thinking of buying DIGI 002 and then i heard that it could run on Logic.
does anyone have some insights about using DIGI and what would be better solution. or you could advise me on something else wink.gif .
thank you!

I wish I could tell you more about the 002. It works with most apps.
For any kind of pro work using real instruments, you will need a good external mic pre.
Dig makes great software and pretty stinky hardware. As I said, for an serious work,
I use PTHD3 summed out from Apogee X series into a Dangerous Music 2 Buss and
that allows me access to much of the outboard gear that I've come to depend on.

If you're running Logic and using virtual synths etc.., the Digi 002 is essentially a monitoring box which is fine. The mic pres are ok but not pro.
Again, Logic, Live, Reason etc.. all run fine on the 002.
best,
chap
