THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT YOU ARE GOING TO BUY A NEW MAC YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO INSTALL LOGIC 5 BUT YOU HAVE TO BUY 7.2 OR LOGIC STUDIO 8...
IT'S INCREDIBLE BUT LOGIC STUDIO 8 COST 400 € LESS THEN THE 7.2 CIAO |

I recently purchased a macBook, 13", 2G RAM with the 120G hard drive. I use an M-Audio Firewire 410 and have been able to record to multiple tracks with simultaneous playback without issue. I think the most I've had going at once was 8 tracks of playback and 3 tracks of input.
I was told by the kid at the Apple store that the only difference between the macBook and the Pro was the dedicated video processor. I don't know if this is true or not, but I do know that the little guy is getting it done for me. Good luck! This post has been edited by coburnm: Thu 3 Jan 2008, 21:16 |
