Weve used Synchrotech in Camden to regulalrly fix and service our tascam dats dont know of they do sony though - I gather the dat walkmans are a bit of a nightmare to get fixed. They are straight up about timing and parts and cost - though I wish they could put a different headphone amp in ours as it blows every year and a half
