I bought AC Box of Native Instruments two weeks ago on his on line shop. I received thanks for the purchase, the link for download and nothing more. It does not appear charge on my debit card. I sent two mail and i received silence by answer. It must be that the money leaves to them by the ears. Too much preoccupation, and little occupation. Return the Marx brothers!

Sounds crazy! And a little worrying if the software is going wrong, I'd keep an eye on your debit card though just to be sure no-one else has the number and goes on a shopping spree. You should complain, they will probably thank you for letting them know of the problem with the online shop
