Disclaimer: I'm a complete novice, but i had a problem with a free softsynth; the mdajx10, where it would randomly change my selected sounds on playback, as yet i can't fix it. you could try dumping prefs, clean reinstall, run Norton, all that sort of stuff, if you need further assistance icq me: 157198120, I'll do my best.

perhaps a disk optimisation may help......just a thought.

just zapped the PRAM and it seems to have done the trick! all notes are (for the moment-eternal pesimist me) playing back fine!
