Pro Tools Standalone Osx

Newbie Group: Members Posts: 7 Joined: 09-Apr 04 From: Sydney - AU Member No.: 40,556	Can any one out there tell me if theer is a standalone version (apart from pro tools free) that will run on OSX without any extra hardware? It seems to be inevitable that I have to buy an MBOX.java script:emoticon(':crazy:')

The M-Box is pretty much a dongle with built-in 2 channel interface and funky preamps! If it's any consolation, I love the PT interface, and I think it's well worth the cash...
