 Pro Tools Crashed, need help |

I down loaded m7 to try but now my pro tools won't launch. I tryed the digidesign support page but it did't work. I'm getting a shared library error. can anyone help

What's your environment. What computer, OS version, etc.. are you using. I know there can be problems if Quicktime is not current. You may also need to repair permissions.
