You can do this with either QTBroadcaster (Free from the apple site), but you will need an access (probably means $$$) to a QTSS server or use NiceCast from the excellent guy at Rogue Amoeba:

yes Nicecast is the perfect tool ...I often use it and..I AM HAPPY
