THIS A GREAT SOFTWARE COMPANY PRODUCING GREAT SOFTWARE, BUT LET DOWN BY THERE TOTAL LACK OF SUPPORT , I HAVE BEEN EMAILING AND PHONING THEM FOR 6 MONTHS WITH ONLY 1 EMAIL REPLY IN THE WHOLE TIME AND ALL I WANT TO DO IS UPGRADE MY SOFTWARE THAT I BOUGHT 7 MONTHS AGO!

Please contact us using the form at http://www.duy.net/duystore/contact.asp, as the old "info" email address occasionally gives a few problems with certain ISPs. We usually respond to all requests within 24 hours, and besides, all the upgrading information is contained on our website. Also, we'll be shortly releasing a section of our website for user access to downloads and special offers! Regarding calls... I'm the one who answers all calls here at DUY, both live calls and voice messages, so it's more than strange that you haven't managed to speak to us, neither at our US phone or our UK phone.
