Now using soft synths which include all the potential problem inherent in software, including copy protection schemes, I can relate to the advantages of a hard synth. You don''t have to worry if it's going to work correctly and crashes, ect. The interview is a year old and the difference now between Windows and OSX 10.3 isn't religious, it's pretty stark. Include all the Windows internet risks and it's no contest, a least until Longhorn shows up.
