Any one know of a good cleaner to clean the screens which will not damage the screen

Just seen the other day, Apple sell something at their Applestore.
Now it is for the screen itself or the plastic or alu casing?

I think the products that I hear the most about from IKlear but at the moment I just use a clean cotton eyeglass cloth. Very soft and grabs dust.
