I am using a AirPort reuter... and folks down the block are using my internet signal!

How do I control this?

G4 Powerbook OS X Panther.

It's not as simple as I'm making it, but you have to set up a password on your router and give the password to your machine. I'm in the proces of doing similar at my house, so maybe I can proceduralize it when I'm done.
