I installed Ableton Live 3 on my iBook G4 (OS X 10.3.3) with a tascam us-122 interfase. I can't make Live 3 work in my machine, it has a weird problem, the playback is clipping, stopping and changing the speed constantly. Since this software runs on OS 9, and the OS 9 installed on X does not have the sound control panel, I can't do much to control the audio settings. Any help please?

Are you running Ableton in Classic mode? if so, that is a no-no. Audio programs will not run properly in the Classic environment under OS X. You will need to install and authorize the OS X version of Ableton Live.
