Hey guys i have had an apogee symphony system and its been pretty sweet .
but gonna move out so gotta sell all my gear and down grade no room ...freak.......
anyways

i am deciding on buying the Apogee ensemble -- with a new macpro book
or i can get the 003 rack ----------------------who has one of either and can tell me how rock solid they are
and how good the pre amps are ...

If I were buying a new system I would go with the Apogee and Logic combo....I am kind of anti-pro-tools right now. It is just so finicky....I have never got the right OS version to go with a Pro Tools rig... and, once you get there you really want to be careful about updating for fear of it jacking with Pro Tools and since I started with Ableton and wanted to use 3rd party plugs, that really jacked with me and my workflow.
