Anyone know of some good free RTAS plugins?
Has anyone experience of FXexpansion VST Wrapper? I think of this a way of getting around those expensive RTAS-plugins.

There are definitely some cool VST plug-ins that can be wrapped ad used in PT. I have many of them. The wrapper is solid. Most of what is out there is, in my opinion, more suited to "wacky" types of effects (lo fi, spectral processing, etc). I would recommend spending some money on EQs and compressors (WAVES stuff is just OK in my opinion, the URS stuff is very cool if you want to spend a little extra money) and then you can download anything else on sites like kvraudio.com and dontcrack.com. Hope this helps.
