Another member of the band I'm in is going to buy a Windoz PC sometime in the next month. We are obviously going to need to exchange files, well at least that's the whole idea. So, does anybody know if there are compatibility problems between LE7 Mac and LE7 PC? And what about M-powered?

Short answer is yes. You have to select 'Enforce Mac/PC' compatability from the mac side when you create your PT session. If you want to exchange a session that you already have created, and that option was not selected, you will need to do 'Save session -copy in' and select mac/PC compatable.
