Hello all. I am looking for a MIDI to ringtone converter and a .wav or .aif to ringtone converter preferably FREE but I'll take recommendations for purchased software.

3gupload.com has a page once your register to do exactly that. the site is a little bit congested sometimes but I converted an audio file and uploaded it as a ring tone. It's cool...go to the site and go to the downloads page. There's a link called "add download" once there you upload the file and it will be added to your locker, then it's sent to your phone. wah la. ringtone.
