Hello to all.
I work at a music studio and I have to rewire reason with pro tools all day long. BUT! I just picked up logic 7 for my home studio.
My question for all of you is...
WHY CAN'T I GET REASON TO REWIRE ALL ITS OUTPUTS INTO LOGIC 7?
I have run the rewire slave templet. I have tried assigning audio tracks to the various rewire tracks... I have tried every trick that I know from work...
I dont get it???
There must be ONE person out there that has figured this out...
Any help would be great.
And btw...
I know I can just bounce the tracks down...
thats not the point...
Thank you all,
Chris

Can't you just set Reason to output 16 channels (or whatever) and then dedicate the same amount of channels in Logic's Environment to ReWire? When you choose what job a particular track is going to do (like Audio or Instrument or whatever), surely you can choose ReWire for as many as you need.
I could be wrong. I'm doing this off the top of my head and don't have Logic in front of me. If that doesn't help, try sonikmatter.com - their Logic forum is an excellent source of Logic-specific help.

Hey Thanks rickenbacker...
I thought I would be able to set reason to 16 outputs also...
but i cant seem to be able to. How do I do that?
The rewire rack in reason is stereo only and I cant seem to alter it.
Ill check out sonikmatter.com
