For general information, I keep the support forums as clean as possible (they are cleaned at least once a day, usually more) don't react to the spam you can see posted there, I delete the crap on the spot… and comments about it in the same movement

We are spammed there because this part of the forum is way more open to post than the rest. Given the work it's giving more and more to moderators, I think we'll have to change this support policy soon, which is sad.
