I use a G4 Powerbook. Running in sys.9.2.2. When I try to launch ProTools Free, I get this message. How do I fix this?

You can not use ProTools FREE with a dual OS Mac. You have to bite the bullet and buy the MBox. Check out previous post on this.

I run Pro tols free on a Dule boot G4 1.25 gHZ tower and it works fine, maybe you should trash eveything and re-install , the DAE needs a bit of configuring especially with MIDI
