Hi;

I wanted to start a general query on what everyone is using on their G4 systems, the kind of performance they are getting, and their own recommendations. I used to use an Audiomedia III card myself, and after selling it, I'm faced with a multitude or cards to choose from!

take care;
J.

My personal favourites are the LEXICON core systems both core 32 and core 2
I does depend on available funds, but they both offer superb quality audio and the addition of daughter board processors, from lexicon, nuff said.
its much more affordable than buying serious audio card AND a tc powercore or uad 1, may be not quite as expandable or flexible, but a hell of a lot cheaper.....
And arguably better quality algorythms, on the Core32 (PCM90) SO ok its getting harder to find, and prices vary enourmously.

M-Audio 410, just replaced my Korg 1212 with the 410, because there will be no OSX support coming from Korg. And it's 24bit
