Hi,

I'm about to buy the brand new iBook, with Digital Performer 2.7. I'd like to know if there is any problem concerning record/playback of audio tracks (no matter which software is used), since I heard that Titanium users encountered lots of problems.

Any advice is welcome

thanx!

I'm using the new iBook with a MOTU828. It came with AudioDesk (basically Digital Performer without the MIDI) and it seems to work just fine. You may have to spend some time setting things like voice allocation & audio buffer sizes, and you should definitely set up a separate partition just for audio and optimise it before each session.
