hi there
i'm on os X with reason and cubase sx and was wondering if there is anything to convert an audio file into a midi file , to be able to play it in reason for example... thanx wadat |

what i mean is: can you sample audio through a software or do you have to have hardware sampler like akai, emu...

Do you mean just cutting a bit of audio and then dropping it into one of Reason's samplers? You can do that in SX. I think you can import audio from CDs directly into SX, then cut it up or slice it in the sample editor window and export it to your Reason sampler.
If that's not what you meant, forget I typed. |
