I use usb for the Mbox and my G3-600 ibook. I've not seen any problems but then the Mbox has only two I/O. I don't ask much but then again I think I could ask a hell of alot more before problems. Do a search on here and see if anybody has ever had problems. I only have one FW port and it's taken by my 7200rps HD.

Hi Presto--I just did a search, and it sounds like everyone's saying that firewire is best for multiple recordings simultaneously--hmm... but the one question about latency was never answered--if you have a fw hub, does that cause latency?
