Hi to all,
I recently bought a second hand Chinese Moon Lute (or sometimes called Chinese Moon Guitar), which has four strings and is very unusual looking. The only thing is that I don't have clue how to tune it.

Does anyone here know?

How very cool Dreamer!

I hope you find some time to make music with it. I have no experience with this stringed instrument, but found this web link (and others) on how to tune those 4 strings. What I liked about this link is that they provided a sound sample of the instrument played.

CHINESE PIPA
or
CHINESE LUTE

Good Luck! and share some pictures of it?

Don't take any noise for granted. With a little rythym, it could be music.
