Ok, I bought Logic 6 and ProTools/DigiDesign about 2 to 3 years ago. I was very eager to start making music; however, when I opened it, installed it, I was COMPLETELY lost. Now I want to sell them on e-bay. I have never even used or created anything on them. I have all the CDs, the key (for Logic), equipment and the box. What do u guys think I could do? Can I sell it for a decent price? (also, I think I registered my key with Logic - how does that work if I want to sell it to someone else??)
Please help. I want back my money's worth. |

Doesn't anybody have any advice???? My first advice is to stop shouting. This is a free forum, and just because someone doesn't answer your question IMMEDIATELY doesn't mean someone won't. Second, I've never sold software, so I'm not sure what the legality is. I suppose if you don't make a copy of it yourself before you sell it, and you have the original keys and serial numbers, then it should be okay. You might actually find someone on this forum who might be interested. Sincerely, HaHaWorld |

I have seen plenty of used software on the web & it sells for a very reasonable amount. Logic and PT hold their value very well because it is so inexpensive to upgrade. Having said that I would get with the support staff of both & totally make sure that the license is transferrable. My understanding is that it is ok (at least by reading the posts on Ebay in the past) & basically, you are selling your own right to use the software and all the support and perks that come with it.
