I'm in Garageband trying to get the sounds from my Motif into Garageband. I bought the two Midi cables connecting the Motif to the USB interface which is connected to my computer. Everytime I record though, the Motif is just playing the sounds from Garageband. How do I send that Midi information back to the Motif in order to get those sounds? Thank you for your help...

Garge Band only supports the internal instruments, there is a shareware plug that gives you a midi output.

Where can you get that shareware application? I tried to download one called midiO but my comp didn't recognize garageband as a way to open it. Also, what would you recommend as far as an entry-level sequencing program that supports midi outputs?
