The Air band is a special filter which gives a gentle boost in the high frequencies.
It is particularly useful for vocals, old records, cymbals, etc..

You must use it very carefully because the highest gain may gives a harsh sound,
due to digital clipping or too much highs.
But we kept these Air Band high gains for uses when there is a big lack of high frequencies.
