Im running Logic 7 with a MPC and Fantom X6. The problem is when i record the audio ouputs from the MPC or Fantom into and audio track in Logic im getting some timing problems. Some notes are intime but others are not. Is there anyway of correcting this?

Midisport 4x4. The midi sync is working fine, it just when i record as audio.

Maybe only USB making the timing go bonkers… when you record audio more stress on the processor and USB is less tight as usual (which is not tight unfortunately).

Im still having problems with this, can anyone help?

Im pretty sure its not the MIDI interface becuase i get the same problem when recoding from other tracks within Logic.

Need more info, OS version, RAM, CPU speed, and are you recording to a dedicated audio drive?????
