i have logic pro and have been messing with it for hours trying to make the audio work. the out put will not play through built-in audio. i went through the whole set up assistant thing and tried to adjust the ouput but it won't move. i tried downloading digi coreaudio. but it just says it is an unsupported device. maybe i did it wrong. if someone could walk me through the steps that would be great.
also my digital performer keeps quiting unexpectedly every time i try to record...?

i would be happy to give any body logic pro, or dp software for help.

digi's core audio drivers are notoriously bad. Some even say they are bad on purpose, to make OS X look shitty (digi is still upset about Apple buying Logic).

I'm afraid the combination of OS X, Logic 7, and digi hardware running in core audio mode is just not gonna work. Sorry.

By the sounds of it you have absolutely no idea!!!!
Do you own any Digidesign hardware?
Do you own Logic Pro or DP?

From your message it appears that you don't even own the software.
This site does not support pirated software or trading in it so I hope you are not trying to get support for software you don't own.
Correct me if I am wrong! blink.gif

Dear Wes Miller, It is highly illegal to offer to give somebody a copy of logic pro or dp software in exchange for helping you with your problem. As a matter of fact, most of us who paid full price for these programs would be less likely to help someone who pirates software. Software piracy needs to stop, and if we don't address it here, we're being irresponsible and putting good, honest programmers out of business.
