I believe genelec have a dip around 250. i mixed on these a couple times and have over compensated in the 200/250 range. mix came out souding like a mud wash upon field testing.

Try the Event Tr-6 powered monitors. They sound great and run around $400 (pair) I will be upgrading to genelecs soon but for the tr-6's rock. Check out this link to here a few of my mixes.
