I've recently completed a DJ mix cd and i've imported it into i Tunes to burn copies. But during the track changes there is a 1/2 minute pause changing from each track.
How can i get a completely smooth mix from 1 track to another? This post has been edited by Millsy: Mon 10 Jan 2005, 23:58 |

Goto iTunes > preferances >burning > gap between songs - none. You need to be shure that there is not alot of silence before the song, or after the song. If there is, use your audio editor to crop them.

the first "pre-gap" (so it is called afaik) should be at least 2 seconds.
if you choose an other program for burnin instead of itunes - write the disc-at-once, which burns the cd without gaps (toast e.g.). -------------------- -dv-

If there is, use your audio editor to crop them. I've just tried this but there still seems to be a slight pause between tracks? |
