a somewhat unrelated problem with my imic is that in OS 9 ( and only in OS 9 ) it kills audio playback.

When I unplug my imic from my USB hub I get audio in OS 9.

Any ideas why that would be? sad.gif

midimacguy...

you have probably already tried this but...

in os 9, click the "apple" logo in the upper left hand corner...

choose "control panels" and then "sound"...

you should be able to assign the audio output by clicking the appropriate tab...

hope this solves your issue...

they offer 2 possible, hm - well, solutions
a) upgrade to 9.2.2
b) use a selfpowered usb-hub
