You might like the NS Piano I have not tried it, but I have tried the drum kit, and if it's any indication, you sould be pleased. And it's free.

hi guys - I've checked it out and it seems really good, but I can't get it to work with Logic 6 angry.gif I've downloaded the NS piano and extracted it using the sfarXT for OSX, which I'm running. But when I place the the extracted file in my components folder and launch Logic, I still can't seem to access it, it just isn't there to access angry.gif Can someone please help me. Thanks! smile.gif

i don't want to lead you down the wrong path. if i recall the ns_kit works, but the piano doesn't. i think that the piano is for giga and some other samplers. not the exs24. i might be wrong, but i don't think i am.
have you tried the quicktime piano? if so are you looking for a better sounding piano?
you know. that is one reason i keep my asr-10 after all these years. sometime you just need good old equipment for those sounds you take for granted.

I am using the Apple quick time piano at the moment. My exs24 expired a few months ago, (I have logic 6 express) which doesn't bother me as I use Reason mostly for sequencing, i really just wanted a good piano plug in, ah well. I could always go crazy and buy the Garaton software...but I only really want that one piano sound, hehe. Thanks for the info though guys, if anyone else has some possible suggestions then please do let me know. Thanks smile.gif

You could download V-Samp and you should be able to play it in logic.
