Hi guys,
I've bought Logic pro and I have it on my powermac. I need to buy a laptop andinstall it on that. Is that also possible? Do I need to re-buy Logic pro (because there's a dongle) or can I transfer the dongle between machines? Also is there anything I need to check when I buy my laptop; processor speed etc.? I don't know much about computers so I'm not sure about this stuff and often I buy the wrong thing! Thanks for your time and help, Jenny. |

Of course, you'll only be able to USE Logic Pro on one machine at a time, since the XSKey has to be inserted. But you can install it on your PM for home use, and then take your XSKey with you to use LP on your laptop on the road. |

That's great, many thanks :-) Just got to try and not lose the key thing. THanks
Is this the same for all the plug in's? E.g guru, BFD, guitar rig, etc? This post has been edited by jen123456: Tue 18 Jul 2006, 14:08 |

hi to all, is it possible to buy a second xskey? love & energy el Rey As far as i nkow the only way is to buy another full license, or you do like I do Logic pro for at home and Logic Express for the road, and leave the dongle at home. you could also use business insurance to cover most of the cost. -------------------- G-Dub
