Hi,

I know this sounds dumb, but can the mac mini have it's soundcard upgraded to something better or is it on-board only? The specs seem pretty fair for the top-end version, but if it can't be upgraded, then it's going to have to be an iMac.

If you don't want to use the internal audio circuit you can still use USB or Firewire interfaces.

I'm probably better off getting an iMac, to be honest, seems like a better deal.
